Sorry if i come across like a copmlete novice..its just that i am..does this NOTAM.mean no flying at all ..as i was planning to visit Marham for the first time on Monday the 7th

No it means that Marham are asking for visitors, possibly for ATC training? So there will be flying and if air crews take notice then there might be visitors from other bases...

1 Marham squadron to deploy soon, so Marham will be probably quiet so ATC asking for Pds so they don't get bored lol.
