RAF Mildenhall Daily Log

Post by Ben Montgomery » Fri Sep 10, 2010 6:48 am

I said a while back I would make this, so here we go.

Basically, if you make a log of a visit and want to post it - put it into this thread, with the date and all that info.

Hopefully it will work, in that all the info is in the same place. :thumb:

The F-15 will be resident until Monday am. It's in as a static display for the Air Force Ball being held at Mildenhall tomorrow. Does anyone know whether any 56RQS HH-60s arrived today as I understand they are participating in an exercise with an HC-130 next week?

There ya go - Urkles has the idea.

Just post the final daily log of a visit, or the day in this thread - keep all the comments and stuff as they were in the old section.

The idea is that is someone just wants to scan through lists of movements, it is all nice and compact in this list. :thumb:

11/09/2010

According to my database (Thanks to those who helped me yesterday), the following visitors should be on the ground as I type :-

02-1112 C-17A
75-0559 E-3B
87-0045 C-5B
61-2662 RC-135S (albeit this is thought to be hangared)
92-1537 C-130H

Credit to RHWW re the RC-135S being hangared

If this is not the case, please can someone amend the list.

(PS - Thoughts are with the relatives of the victims of 9/11)

Yo Al Fruit

Checking as many forums as possible it could have been 3 -

C-17A 06-6164 60 AMW
C-17A 03-3115 172 AW
C-17A 02-1101 437 AW

So if you find out when the others arrived then you may have fudged a C17!

See you soon mate

Thanks FF,

Only saw one C-17 inbound on my travels yesterday which i have been now been led to believe was 03-3115.

As you well know, I`ll leave the "fudging" to others.

See you soon,

Al.
