Hi,

In the past when President Clinton landed in AF1, I was camping at the Willows, the police and security on the base closed all the roads and viewing areas, moving along anyone parked up. It was touch and go if we where going to be evicted off the campsite or not, in the end they kept a eye on us, but allowed us to stay.

I have 'heard' that they are not using MV-22 but using local CV-22 instead?

So you are saying no VH-3's, VH-60's or CV-22's are operating out of mildenhall. Which base will they use, northolt?

We all need to wait and see I think most are guessing what’s going on.

I was in London when Obama made 2 visits while back his support aircraft operated out of Mildenhall. The President himself came in via Stansted though. Unless things are radically different I’d imagine a similar scenario?

Hi All

Arch is right Northolt is the base chosen. I know Obama’s stuff all came to Mildenhall but not this time. :@ :@

I recall seeing Obama et al at Fairford in '14, quite a sight to behold with all the hardware there to support the visit.. :Wow:
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

C17 01-4136 has just arrived in STN, I assume in connection with the visit, it did not stay and is climbing over the north sea at 17:25

Two already arrived at Northolt in C-17s, yesterday.

163260 and 163265.

Did anyone get a hex code for 163259?
