Re: Tue 22/4 OSY33T
It's a Russian AF An-30 I've been told
Re: Tue 22/4 OSY33T
OSY33x is usually Russian. As a 727 looks rather different from an An-30, I dare say someone needs a trip to Specsavers!

Hi
Thanks for that info,at the time,it was a gess that it may have been a 727 but know I have been told it's an an-30 of Russian af then that is completely different to a 727 ..
An-30 is beter than a 727 anyway .....

Re: Tue 22/4 OSY33T
Is it up in its second task?
Re: Tue 22/4 OSY33T
Just had something looking like this SW over Northampton. Not picked up by my SBS. Do they fly with everything off?
Re: Tue 22/4 OSY33T
Last time it was over, I seem to recall that someone posted that it had no Mode-S - but I may be wrong.
Can anyone confirm this, please??

Re: Tue 22/4 OSY33T
Bit late I know, but I heard a very loud turboprop at approx 1250 on the 24th April heading East just south of Chivenor. In the distance it popped out of cloud and it looked like an Antonov, so I guess it was the OSY.
