Friday 2nd December 2016
Out on an overcast and cold ramp at 08:45 were:

ZZ415 Wildcat HMA2 "Royal Navy"
ZZ519 Wildcat HMA2 "Royal Navy"
ZZ527 Wildcat AH1 "Army"

Finally after 2 weeks of rain, fog, frost, plague and pestilence managed to clear my UK Wildcats.

Cheers

Well done Malcolm, same for me with ZZ527 this morning at 1040, both the Navy Wildcats were gone and on the flightline was ZJ122/F the first Merlin HC4, down in the wash rig was the Indonesian Merlin minus blades but with the flag clearly seen on the tail rotor pylon

It’s not what you look at that matters. It’s what you see.

I read the apache off as ZJ191 at about 08:45. Didn't see the Italian - haven't seen it since it's wash-rack excursion several weeks ago.

G-MCGO was out Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Off on holi-bobs tonight for 2 weeks, so no further reports from me prior to Xmas. Merry Xmas/Bah Humbug to everyone :P

Noted around 12:30 was a unknown Coastguard AW189 and a black A109, both nose on and unreadable, any ideas?
