What do you do with your patches?

Ok so i have just started to collect patches and i wondered what you guys do with yours? Do you put them on bags or coats? Or do you do something else with them? And if you do put on bags or coats do you sew them on or use material glue? I am interested to find out so it might give me some ideas where to start from.

Hi Red-Eye-Knight

If you go to page 10 in this section and open it... the first topic is titled Patch Display / Storage by Tinker Toy.

There is another link within the post that might help also.

Mine are stuffed in an old cardboard box behind the sofa - however all my patches have been individually sealed in clear plastic cd sleeves. ;)

Hi

Most of my patches are stored in squadron order in boxes , I also have 30 frames in 2 rooms that I display some in. When I get a new patch I scan it first , then used to print a hard copy , but now they are all on my Pbase pages for all to see and hopefully enjoy looking at http://www.pbase.com/usnavypatchman

Good luck with your collection , it can become additive as I can vouch for over the past 48 years

Cheers

Paul

Like PaulN... I to use to frame my patches but after moving house they were never put back up and eventuality found there way in to a cardboard box.

Now after 30 years of collecting, I'm now selling the collection off.

Enjoy collecting Red Eye Knight... but be careful... as Paul said.. it can be addictive... very😊
