A busy Mach Loop - April 10th 2017

Hi all,

Well we had a stunning day in Wales last week. An A400 from Brize, a single GR4 from Marham and no less than 27 F-15Es passes made up from various flights and configurations. It certainly made up for the blank we had a few weeks before! We almost had a Belgium F-16B as well but they missed the turn to Bwlch and did Cad twice.

Lovely work with the equipment.
Read on a Canon Forum that Andy Rouse was on Cad a few days last week, using the 1DX Mk2 in readiness for a report he is writing.
I'm looking forward to reading that, especially if he was using it to track those.

x27 F-15 passes is a personal record for me Dan. My previous F-15 record was 19, but that was a few years back now, probably 2009/10? I've had more passes in a single day, but I'd happily stand on the side of a hill all day for a single Eagle pass, nothing quite beats a LL F-15
