An unlikely possibility, amongst many other things :S

Great addition nonetheless.

With Yeovilton and Culdrose open days both within the same week. I would be interested to know of any camping sites at Yeoviltion for the Friday / Sunday, before moving on the Culdrose for Tuesday / Thursday. Ideally proper campsites, showers ect, as it would be a 'family' holiday. Any info, links or recommendations ?

Preview event on July 30th is now sold out.

VTTS have now added their participation of Vulcan at RNAS Culdrose to their website.

Also the RAF Hercules has been removed from the static display, but on the plus side is now part of the flying display

Air Day is fast approaching, Should visitors wish to get airborne themselves,at Air Day, Newquay based Classic Air Force will be running pleasure flights in one of their aircraft – the Rapide GAIDL known as “Nettie”. If visitors would like to book a flight in advance, please ring 01637 860717.

Latest News: Classic Air Force is also sending down to Culdrose; a Gloster Meteor T7, and a de Havilland Vampire

I am still waiting to have it confirmed if these aircraft are static/flying display

Aircraft attending update:

Not Coming: Catalina, Sea Vixen, Seafire and Skyraider

Additions: Gloster Meteor, Vampire, T1 Avenger, Buckers Jungmann (think that's how it is spelt)

Also an old harrier will be doing some sort of display on the morning of the show.

Will keep you all informed if there are any more changes.

736 NAS will also be displaying revealing their new paint scheme on one of their Hawk T Mk1 Twin Seat Aircraft

Oh dear - another RNHF Sea Fury problem.
Seems an in-flight emergency (engine failure?) resulted in the gear not locking down and collapsing on the roll-out.

Still, pilot ok and machine should be repairable. Did well by all accounts to get it down quickly.
