Biggin Hill Air Fair 2010

With the date and theme now announced i though it would be time for Biggin Hill to have a thread of its own. The theme is the Battle of Britain's 70th anniversary and the Air Fair takes place on the 26th - 27th of June.

On the Biggin Hill Air Fair website the participation list has stated to grow. the first two Participants announced are:

Hurricane MK I R4118 F/S
Spitfire MkIXB MH434 F/S

We have re-doubled our efforts with the overseas air forces and hopefully we will see a few more, positive responces have been received from the Belgian F16, French, Czech and Polish air forces.

Biggin Hill were Asked if they were expecting any Foreign Participation This Year and this is what they replied back.

"I dont want to make any promises yet but we are hopeful of seeing something from Belgium, Czech republic, France, New Zealand."

Biggin Hill were also asked when the new look site will be up and running and Biggin hill said they hope it will be up on Monday.

"We have been working hard to try obtain overseas participation from countries who's pilots flew from Biggin Hill during the Battle of Britian. It is very likely that we will see the Royal New Zealand Air Force Boeing 757"
