That is great news, I used to go to the air show there every year it was one of the best, it turned into a two day event then stopped in 2012, people said it was because the olimpics and that it was hard to rent toilets because so much stuff was at London,im not sure if that was true, im defo going to be there this September, I expect the layby will be closed though, that was a great spot sat on the wall

Was quite possibly my favourite show, something very special about it. :thumb:

Been confirmed there'll be no flying displays as such in September but, around 100 ex Military aircraft flying in for static/fly-in. Should be a good day.

As you are going tomorrow, please note. The light for photography will be very good, there are good photo opportunities from the car park and also from just beyond where the helicopter pleasure flights are operating from. A lot of aircraft that visited today , departed late afternoon.
