Apologies if this is not in the correct forum, but I couldn't see where else to post it!

Approximate route and timings may be found by following the hyperlink below, for those in the east of England, unable to make it to London for the flypast.

(I copied the title from the CAA/NATS document, so I apologise for shouting!)
