Might be nice for you to credit where all that information comes from rather than claim it as your own!

Nice attitude!!Flightline UK wrote:Might be nice for you to credit where all that information comes from rather than claim it as your own!
Where have I claimed as own!!!
Christ some people really need to chill out big time!!
If you want to be funny, I could just quote all the individual teams/acts websites, also don't see you list where your source comes from on your website for every bit of info you have gained!!
Only credit you have sourced is CREDITS: Tigers Freefall Parachute Display Team -

Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
Sad news about the Solo Turk. Maybe slot for Vulcan on Saturday now...... presumably waiting for a backer like last year.
Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
A lack vacant slots is not the reason the Vulcan isn't currently scheduled for saturday!peasus911 wrote:Sad news about the Solo Turk. Maybe slot for Vulcan on Saturday now...... presumably waiting for a backer like last year.

Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
Can anybody tell me what the flying programme is for the Thursday the 20th. I see from their web sites the Reds and BBMF are flying, but if possible what else?
Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
As it says on their website, they are still working on the flying programme, so it would seem even they don't know as yet
Cheers

Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
Apparently it's due to 'Health and Safety'. The Vulcan attracts too many people.... I don't get this either!Tilney.G wrote:seven wrote:A lack vacant slots is not the reason the Vulcan isn't currently scheduled for saturday!peasus911 wrote:Sad news about the Solo Turk. So better 'Health and Safety' wise to cram 100,000 people who want to see the Vulcan on Sunday, rather than spread them out over two days, utter nonsense. last year was purely over a backer which I think came from a group of local hoteliers....
I know the "slot" reference was not the reason, purely a gesture on my part. won't happen again.
Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
Thanks Tilney.G for the information a local coach company are running a day trip to Bournemouth on the Thursday, so two tickets booked, had already decided to go to Dawlish on the Saturday so it saves driving at least one day.
Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
Could be down to health & safety grounds,
was over 1 million people on the beach from poole to Bournemouth a few years ago when I was there. Vulcan effect.
could be worse with it being the last display .

Re: Bournemouth Air Festival 2015
I was going to ask for tips on where is best to view the airshow, but I gather it's just on the beach with the masses.
