Very nice to see, will be hoping for the sight of some Gyro copters at some other shows this year.
sure Waddington will make the effort to fit one in.

Jaguars:

The intention is to give 'Spotty' a high profile static park position this year. The taxi pair will include (if serviceable) the 'Saint' that being the display aicraft for 16 Sqn that is all black with the saint logo on the tail. I am sure someone could add a photo to the thread for effect. The other taxi aircraft will be. Sqn std grey aircraft probably a two seater. If I can, Spottys roomate in the static line will be a single seat desert coloured aircraft with overwing pylons, depicting a Gulf War 1 machine. The remainder of the fleet will be on display as per 2013, although the static park is growing so some may need to be stored south side.

The Jaguars are planned for 1015 - 1045 followed as usual by large scale models. It is probable that the large RC Vulcan model will again be at Cosford, an impressive machine with an 18' wingspan.

What aircraft can we expect to actually fly in?

I presume the airfield is closed to jets?

Get there early or be prepared to be disappointed by the traffic. There are lessons to be learned after last year

They have landed a C17 there in the past, so maybe if the weather was kind they might do that again?
?

But as a rule of thumb the Red arrows have come from Shawbury or else where & so have the other displaying fast jets, Tornado,
Typhoon etc.
Last year they did some fast taxi runs with Jaguars on the strip :thumb:
I Hope the weather is Kind this year it was exceptional last year! I went to Albrighton Cricket club paid £10 for a car full, the organisers had to shut at 11am as were rammed. it was mayhem! :Wow:
some unfortunates spent 4-5hrs on the M54! be warned get off & use the back roads!! :thumb:
