No, we're both wrong. It's got to be a Peruvian Su-25. ;)

Seems the 'big announcement ' was in terms of numbers rather than quality..

AW189 Coastguard and Wingwalkers flying
Tucano and Piston Provost on static.

Bit underwhelming if i'm honest.

AW189 flying display at a location 75 miles from the nearest coastline? Pretty decent I'd say!

AW189 isn't a bad addition.

No aircraft from Cyprus are attending the show, it's a ground exhibition.

For those who aren't aware, the pair of GR4s on static are from No1SoTT, not from an active RAF squadron.

Belgian NH-90 has also cancelled, an RAF C-130 will be performing a flypast.

Sadly the Belgian NH90s are going to one of the types likely to cancel frequently. As they only operate 4 TTH and 4 NFH
Posh are going to Wembley (albeit for a tin cup)

Statement from RAF Cosford, taken from Facebook regarding different display axis for Reds and Typhoon.
Statement from the RAF Cosford Air Show:

Due to recent changes in display flying regulations, the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, and the Royal Air Force Typhoon Display will both be performing their flying displays on an alternative display axis at the RAF Cosford Air Show on Sunday 11th June.
The Royal Air Force has concluded that the nature of the display sequences of both assets combined with restrictions on their Public Display Authorisations, requires their respective displays to be shifted to a new axis. The change in display axis for these two display items will enable them to both perform their full displays to the west of the airfield.
This alternative display axis requires a small section of the A464 to be closed to traffic between the hours of 1.45-2.45pm on Sunday 11th June. A diversion will be signposted.
The RAF Cosford Air Show is an exciting and educational family day out, with a vast assortment of world-class flying displays combined with award winning ground attractions.
A sign of the times I guess....

Guess so... :( I presume that the MAA/CAA regulations mean that the displays which the teams PDA'd and practiced cant be performed at Cosford without infringing restricted areas.. so they either create a bespoke routine for each venue or somehow make the venue fit the routine.. The Reds had the same issue at Farnborough didnt they?
