Any confirmation on the rumour that a B 52 will actually display at Waddo rather than be static?

As far as im aware b52 was never listed as static, always been down for flypast only sunday

Just checked the Waddo site. definately flypast Sunday only.
No other US aircraft on static or flying either

they were Belgium AF there flypast was far more impressive than last years RC135 Ha ha but you never know hopefully this years flypast will be better

I think it was just a cynical attempt to get people to buy tickets! I don't think it had any intention of doing a flypast! Still, it was a great weekend without it anyway!

Incorrect, it was due to fly in to Fairford via VLAD, and perform flypasts at Waddo and Lyon(?), sit in the static for RIAT before flying a few days at Farnborough.
