There's a 1,200ft cloud base and 6km vis forecast for most of the day today, so I'd prepare for a day of limited flying displays.

Same as Sunday morning last year, restricted flying for a couple of hours but cloud lifted and things got back on track!

For those interested the Su-27s are from the 831 vabr (Tactical Avn Brigade) based at Myrhorod.

The Il-76MD is from the 25 Transport Avn Brigade based Melitopol. Has this a/c been been to FFD before?

Any updates on above info appreciated.

The Il-76 is the one that brought the 'UB over in 2011.
