Rhymes camping closed down

Post by mushbuster » Sat Apr 16, 2016 1:55 pm

Reported on the other forum (after the FRIAT love in) that Rhymes will not be operating this year, apparently the operators have had their public liabilities explained to them. A bit inevitable after Shoreham maybe and IMHO that site was always a threat to the display - so about time frankly. For me it is better now than after an accident shuts down the displays at Farnborough or any other site where uncontrolled public gatherings had to be factored in to the display risk analysis. I wonder if the other north side sites are now in jeopardy?

Rhumour has it that the owner of Rhymes Farm has been told that the Crash Access and what he allows people to do on his land are not compatable.

Hi, understand that the Totterdown site is open but has taken bookings for all spaces so that is a no no unless you have already booked.
