I'd have happily taken static, even better if its flying!BrizeWatcher wrote:Flying I believe, solo displays are returning this year! EF-18 is flying at Florennes.luke28 wrote:Cracking addition, not quite clear if its flying or static though?

I for one am loving the conformation of F-35s and Patrouille Suisse, would it be out of the question for something like Su-30s or Su-35s to attend? Wouldn't mind Mig-29 again either.

I've said it once, but I'll say it again. More chance of a Vulcan/Hunter flypast if I'm honestgrogresaurus77 wrote:would it be out of the question for something like Su-30s or Su-35s to attend? .

Todays update
•Greece's Hellenic Air Force is planning to send its largest contingent of aircraft to the Royal International Air Tattoo for more than a decade. The air arm is sending two McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantoms for static display while Demo Team Zeus, flying the Lockheed Martin F-16 Block 52+ Fighting Falcon, will make a welcome return to the flying display after making its UK display debut at the Air Tattoo in 2015.

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2016 Discussion Thread
I'm so psyched for that! Hopefully the F-16 display is better than last year and I've never seen an F-4 so can't wait to get those 2 on the arrivals day!
Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2016 Discussion Thread
Cracking addition with the Phantoms from Greece, thought the f16 display was good last year
Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2016 Discussion Thread
Brilliant news! Didn't get to RIAT last year so it will be good to see the F-16 display.
