Evening all,

Just been walking the dog round the local area ( 3 miles from mcr airport) and heard an unusual a/c engine noise, it had already passed over me before I located it so only got a rear view but it appeared vintyage military jet in silver unpainted metal with a orange band around the rear of the body and poss wing tip tanks. Only managed a glimpse of this so could be wrong. Anyone any idea?

If I was wrong about it Im getting older and my eyes may need testing and im standing by that !!!!!!!

could it have been the Dutch histric flight,s Hunter T8 thay use ?its around the UK sky's rather alot of late

no tip tanks i know.. but only thing,s it could be with tip tanks would be either a T-33 or a JP/strike master, and can't think of any with a silver finish and orange markings???
