Hi all,

travelling eastbound on the M3 motorway (near Basingstoke, 10.08am) yesterdaymorning was an AH-64 on a lowloader.
Anyone possible to provide an ID for this one?

Just a guess but there was a note somewhere to say that stored Apaches at Wattisham are being gradually shipped to the USA for Boeing to convert to the AH64E upgrade. I may have read that in the current edition of AFM
Only a guess that they are airfreighted via Brize which may explain your sighting
Hopefully someone else may confirm/identify for you
