Post by Bluetail » Thu Oct 08, 2015 7:22 am

I am pleased to announce that the Morayvia STEP Centre will be opening its doors to the public from Saturday October 10th. Opening hours for the time being will be 12pm to 4pm and the initial opening will be 10th to 13th Admission will be £5 for adults £3 for children with Under 3 years old getting in for free. All 5 aircraft exhibits will be open to view and climb into as part of the entry fee with volunteers on hand to talk with you and explain about the aircraft. In addition there is an extensive insight into SAR operations, Nimrod and Kinloss memorabilia.

The centre is located on the south side of Kinloss Barracks in the former Abbeylands primary school, just head for the Southside Estate and you will see the Sea King HAR3 quite clearly off to your right hand side.
POST CODE for Sat Navs is IV36 3YB NORTH ROAD
Aircraft on display, Sea King HAR3, Nimrod Fuselage, Canberra, Jet Provost and Vampire cockpits. We also have a well stocked shop and seating area.
