Many thanks for the report. What USA civil registration is it wearing (if any)?
Cheers, TM74

Ventured outside this morning for an engine run. Any ideas about why it arrived alone rather than in a pair like the previous deliveries ?

N2858B has been registered as G-CKVO yesterday according to the G info website.

Possible daft question, but why do they go from US civil registration to UK civil before switching to UK military?

Why can't they go straight to military?

Something to do with the civil company accepting them first?

I think they only go onto the military register once the military release to service has been received.

Currently the aircraft are still "privately owned" by Ascent, until the eventual date when they are handed over to the RAF and serialled ZM...
If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...
