1st 81 TFW A-10

1st 81 TFW A-10

Does anyone know what serial the very first A-10 was that joined the 81 TFW?

Long shot I know but worth asking!

The earliest sightings i have found for 81st TFW A-10's are 77-192,77-193 and 77-194 all noted at Bentwaters on the 28th of August,1978

`BAR` have these arriving at Bentwaters, via Pease AFB, on 24/8/78

I think 77-0192, 193, 194 were initally for maintance training, the 92nd TFS started to re-equip under Ready Thunder when 15 A-10A's arrived at a snowy Bentwaters on 25/01/79.
