I was at Bentwaters the day before and noted CT-39A 24453 of the 1868th Flight Check Squadron which was in the 'European one' /'lizard' colour scheme.

Thanks for that,they were all in that hideous scheme and very difficult to read-off,it was also known as the "ploughed-field" colour-scheme by some - the worst USAF scheme ever ! Do you remember the C-5s and C-141s ? Awful !

From what I remember the heat-haze didn't help either,I've had to google it to remind me what it is though. :lol: :lol:
