Ah, they were the days :-) Skiving off work to do the tour around the bases. Funny how we still knew where aircraft were going before the introduction of the internet. Things were more sedate in those days.

Indeed they were! Easier too, helped by being younger (or should I say 'less old'), roads being less busy, and there were not so many of these annoyingly competitive aircraft spotters around . . . . !

It was a great week camping at Mildenhall waiting for the airfield attacks. Also got ASW C130 2 Navy test P3's and a Skywarrior !! What more can I say?
