CANBERRA - B ( I ) 8's - 1970

I have a couple of CANBERRA B (I).8's that have been in need of some kind of info for years
1st - 15.06.1970 - RAF CONINGSBY - XM275 was logged with the code J, well I have 3 SQDN - 14SQDN - & 16SQDN around this area but I have not got a Squadron for this particular Aircraft

2nd - 15.06.1970 - RAF CRANWELL - XM270 was logged, but it appears this Aircraft was w/o.06.06.1966 so the correct serial for this one would be very appreciated
