Obviously the US invented the V22 Osprey........unfortunately, you could hear the Rotodyne coming from 2 miles away!!!!

I can remember building the Airfix Fairey Rotodyne (badly) back in the early 60's

Xmas prezzie from my Uncle, who bought it in Woolies

I recall I painted it Blue/White

Great work, by the way, and yes, it does look as if it was stolen from us, design-wise
