Heller 1/72 C-118A

Post by PaulN » Mon Feb 15, 2016 4:29 pm

Hi all

Been wanting to make another of these for a while to go with my MATS/MAC collection and finally got around to it

Not a bad kit , surface of plastic is a bit rough :( but after a rub down with wet and dry and a coat of primer it fine main problem is the decals :( I have four of these kits and all four sheets are awful , so , as I liked the one in the kit I make up the markings from scratch using sheets of US letters and numbers , black stripes and stars and bars...looks a whole lot better than whats in the kit

Finished using Paulclad and Halfords appliance white

Thanks for looking

Paul

Nice work.
I made one of these as a kid - didn't look anything like this!
