I just thought I would remind people that the comp comes to a close as of 2359 on the 31/12 so please make sure you get ALL your finished builds in the comp finished builds area ready for judging :thumb:

It wasnt a bad turn out in the end.. Do you know how many should have entered and how many completed? Would be interesting to find out the attrition rate

14 entered and 7 posted in the comp finished builds area for judging so a 50% turn out, not too bad :thumb:

its not a bad turn out in the end. If you think Seamus and Ben didnt complete their's in time and if they did that would have been over 60%, which, in all fairness is very good.

Look forward to the next competition whenever you do it.

There is something in the pipe line but until things are definite I dont want to give too much info away, but if all goes well the next comps could be quite interesting :ninja:

But in the mean time we have the RAFBF auction to keep us occupied for a week or two. This will start at the beginning of february as to give people a bit more time to get there donations in and for me to buy my donation/s. :thumb:

Re: RAFBF, are you accepting donations (i.e. not bidding on anything) - Not really took keen with getting more plastic, but happy to put my hand in my pocket and give something to the cause. Drop me a PM sometime about that

Hi All

Sorry for the delay in judging, we are just waiting for a couple more people on the team to cast there votes (crimbo holidays) and I will be posting the results next friday.

So that the winners can receive there prize ASAP please could the winners PM me there address as soon as you can once the results are posted, that way I will be able to post the prizes on the saturday :thumb:
I will also PM them personally :thumb:

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who entered and those who managed to get there finished builds up. The level of standard in the builds is excellent and it was a pleasure watching them come together and eventually judging them :thumb: I understand that there are numerous reasons for those who started and didnt finish but not too worry, there will be more comps coming in the new year :thumb:

I will keep everyone posted on what happening with regards to new comps etc
