I don't know if it's ok to post this on here, but can anyone give me info on these two model, age and worth.

Hi

Can't comment on first one but Revell 1:32 Mosquito is available online from between £25-£35. In fact I have just built one. Not sure if same tooling as your one though. Perhaps someone else will let you know. Impressive model when built. And a relatively easy build.
