has anyone had a problem with accessing UK serials weekly updates ????

When you click the link for Updates on the UK Serials it says

For various reasons the website and database weekly updates are no longer available on the publicly accessible side of the website.

Seems only fair that if one source goes onto a 'conditional basis' for access, then others follow?

Their website now offers weekly updates for a fee.
