USAF looks to quadruple B-52 external weapons load

Jane's reporting on USAF looking to upgrade external pylons on B-52H to carry 20,000ilbs compared to current 5,000lbs.
The current 1959 designed pylons cant carry all the air launched munitions in the USAF inventory. This will increase external loads overall from 10,000lbs to 40,000lbs.
The new pylon would enable the B-52 to carry the 22,000 lb Massive Ordnance Air Burst (MOAB) bomb.
