Lost Ladders at Lakenheath

Post by slogen51 » Wed Jun 13, 2018 6:49 am

Hi

I accidentally left my Ladders in the forest entrance Tuesday afternoon 12 June

Just been back and they have gone.

They are a 4 step ladder with blue brackets - not a great value from B&Q but be nice if someone has them for safe keeping before I buy a new set later today

Thanks in advance
Mike

There's litter and there's LITTER.

(Hope you get them back)

Do you think perhaps the base police picked them up?

More likely to be Elvedon Estates or the Forestry Commission who both appear to loathe Aircraft Enthiusiasts, particularly in that location! Not without reason in some cases?

New ladder on order

Never had any problems at the forest entrance.

I left the ladder by the pine tree that overlooks the last chance - not visible from the road or the track. Hope the finder enjoys them safely!

Not impossible but unlikely - does Lakenheath have a lost property department?

While feeling your pain at the loss of a ladder, I'd like it to happen to the selfish ones who stand on them at the front of the crowd line at air shows. Those ladders wobble a bit if you bump into them you know...
