If the British Tornado is being phased out in June, how long will the Germans and Italians keep there's running.

Both currently looking at keeping them till 2025, like we originally were. before it was dropped to 2021 and finally down to 2019. Not too bad for 39 years service 1980 -2019

As for the Saudis, I'm not sure

I heard the Saudi's were thinking of buying up all the spare parts for the Tornado from GB as their lot is very similar to the RAF's

I know that the Tonka population is greatly reduced but does anyone know if there will be any airshow appearances in 2018 for flypasts or demos? The Tornado hasn't been a regular on the airshow circuit for a while now so it'd be nice to see it strut it's stuff in the last few months, of course if operational commitments would allow that?

Cheers

I think it's now down to around 20 airworthy Tonkas?

The transport fleet doesn't use Navigators. Only the RC-135 and E-3D have a traditional Navigator, and I can't imagine them needing many...
