Busy July 2018, where to go what to do?

Post by WAP » Sat Apr 28, 2018 9:12 am

Weather we like him or not it has been announced that Donald Trump will (unless there's another excuse) be coming over to the UK on July 13th for a "flying visit".

With that being the first day of RIAT and probably arrivals/PDA for Farnborough the following week (16th-22nd), if you are not still getting over the RAF 100 flypast in London on the 10th and going through your pics from that.....

What will be the thing(s) you want to catch most?

Very busy month for me, looking forward to it! :thumb:

Friday & Saturday at Yeovilton, few days off before the seven days at RIAT. Considering a trip to Farnborough but, not enjoyed it the last few years so looking unlikely.

"Where to go what to do"?

Friday 13 July - It must surely be in the vicinity of RAF Fairford to witness Air Force One with the Commander in Chief on board being escorted in by the Red Arrows for his visit to Blighty .... signature 'arrow head' with the Boeing in the middle ....

:D  :P
