NATO to be sued

Reported on Russian and French TV that a Libyan intends suing the NATO nations as he lost his home and family members due to their airstrikes. As he was a not a legitimate military target, he initially wants to take his case to the Court of Human Rights.

If his case is upheld and he wins, that will open a whole can of worms when other people around the world decide to sue assorted Countries.
For a start, Germany owes my grand mother two houses as she was bombed out twice.

This ruling could run forever! I daresay the residents of Dresden weren't that happy about their historic central heating system? :whistle:
Don't even mention Health & Safety/ King Harold/ Eye Protection in the same sentence! ;)

Unfortunately some lawyers live in an Alice in Womderland environment. If successful, war is abolished, really?, since humans always make mistakes and some conventional actions inevitably kill non combatants. And then there are Nukes.
