Babcock as just unveiled as a contender for MOD's planned Arrowhead 120 type 31e Frigates, but also intends to bid for the Asdot, the MODS new fighter trainer!

ASDOT is a whole package of stuff including Agressor/EW training and so on. In short doing what 100 Sqn, FRADU (as was) and Cobham do, all in one etc etc

They are referring to the company that wins as being the 'trainer' (as in person/organisation that performs instruction) rather than an aircraft

Each consortium will have their own machines as the Hawks will be phased out.

Hope they still use RAF bases.
MISSING - x1 Air Force.

Doesn't Babcock already operate most of the UK's armed forces anyway? Along with Carillion, Serco etc. etc.
