A sad story . . .

Post by Squadron Prints » Wed Dec 14, 2016 11:55 am

Many people have enjoyed the professionalism of RAF and Civilian Display Pilots over the years.
Many of these people attain ‘Rockstar’ status when they are involved with such displays but deep down they are just like the rest of us humans and suffer the traumas of everyday living.

Andy Cubin, was such an air show favourite and well known for his 3 years as RAF Jaguar Display Pilot then moving on to the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team The Red Arrows and then to Delta Jets at Kemble but this weekend he faced the most tragic of circumstances. Sadly his 14 year old daughter, who in herself was well known for tottering around Kemble Airfield and recently awarded a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do , tragically lost her life during a sleepover – read the story here

Our thoughts are with Andy and Dawn – Hannah’s Mum and Dad and their extended family.
