Mirage IVA gifted to Yorkshire Air Museum
Re: Mirage IVA gifted to Yorkshire Air Museum
It may not be huge but its still a big lump to move by road and indeed ferry. Any updates to transport routes and dates appreciated as it will be a site to see 'on the road'
Does the French have an equivalent to the RAF crash and smash and will they be involved, big job to reconstruct the IV at Elvington hope they get all the 'official' help they need.

Re: Mirage IVA gifted to Yorkshire Air Museum
Has this Mirage IV actually arrived in the UK yet, or are there transport (or other) problems? Any information very welcome.

Anybody got an update on progress? Although I live on the route & know many photogenic locations for a shot, an iconic Mirage IV in clingfilm (in drizzle!) didn't break my bond with my chair!
Re: Mirage IVA gifted to Yorkshire Air Museum
