Sadly, having read the full AAIB report, I am afraid that that this charge was inevitable and correct in my opinion.

Important to point out that we are not pre-judging here, merely agreeing that the case has to go to Court. The decision, guilty or not will be there, not here.

Sadly no such restraint shown by the 'normal suspects' on well known social media sites. If lynch-mobs still existed, the process would be over by tonight!
Still, these are the same low-life that believe everything (without a second thought) that is written & retweeted?
There were several early iterations of the BBC online news feed that featured ridiculous inaccuracies & still do to some extent. In addition to that I particularly like the following quote from Local MP Tim Loughton regarding last years' "comprehensive" AAIB Report, "However, without pre-judging the outcome of the trial, that report [left] many questions unanswered [that] can hopefully now be addressed in the proceedings of the court case." :O No S**t Sherlock

A truly horrible accident, however I do agree with the trial - having read the report and watched the accompanying video put out by the AAIB.

I hope the result of the trial brings closure to the families affected by the accident.
