I'll keep a look out. They're going to come out to play sometime.

Still on Jaguars.

XX829/GZ was delivered to Newark yesterday.

Nice to see the Nimrod going under the bridge at last.

A little snippet about the Jaguars.
During the recent arrival of the Jaguar at Newark while I was there, I noticed it was without it's 2 x ejection seats.
I overheard a chap saying that Martin Baker had demanded the seats back before release of the airframe to the museum.
I wonder if that's the case at Cosford or if it's just civilian museums?
Does anyone have info/ideas about this?

Sorry that I missed this one back in the spring, but I’ve not heard that one – I believe the seats were extracted by the previous owner as they are much valued for spares! Furthermore I also believe that negotiations have been on-going through various contacts to secure seats for XX829!
