Hi Members,

Having said I was going to visit RAF Cosford in September, I did on the 8th September 2011.

Subsequently I have updated the map for RAF Cosford to include an inset map of the museum area.
To download please visit http://www.pb-photos.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and click on the maps tab. Select RAF Cosford from the drop down menu, click on the map image or use the Interactive Flash map to obtain v.3 pdf

The museum is excellent and well worth a few hours looking around the 4 main exhibition halls. The Cold War exhibition in particular is very good. Unfortunately non of the based aircraft were flying or visible. The 55 Sqn Dominie is now outside the visitors centre and the newly arrived Hercules C1 is parked on the main airfield awaiting to be moved into the museum proper.

Cheers

The Map Man
