This might help. I've never been but understand there are no guarantees. https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -timetable

Ignore that timetable, it has nothing to do with the Loop....it's only for Tactical Training down to 100ft in certain dedicated areas in the LFA System (LFA7T, 16T, 20T)

Simple answer is arrive early, leave as late as you want....see what happens :ninja:

As others have said there are no guarantees, pick a day rhat looks like its going to be nice weather (this is still not a guarantee) and then just turn up, take in the scenery and hope to see a jet or two. In this period of the year they can fly through really between 8am and 7pm.

Agreed with the above.

Sat on cad east for a whole day from 7am till 6pm in what I'd consider perfect weather, no one joined me, no one on cad west and............no aircraft all day!

Then I've been there on a cruddy day and seen 19 different airframes in a single day!

Pot luck mate. But great for the chilling out in great air and scenery.
Cheers
Dave

Keeping an eye on the number of deployed aircraft abroad can also help, fewer aircraft in the U.K. can have an effect, like most say just turn up and chance your luck!
May the skies be clear and blue and the wind fair with a guiding star to steer by.
