Maybe a wireless transmitter? What lens is that, wouldn’t fancy lugging that around all day.

Has to be a caption competition surely?

I bet that is a crackin lens, and I bet it probably cost the same as a small family car aswell. There is no way I could be doing with the hassle of carrying that around all day. Maybe the gadget on the hot shoe is a light meter.

I think that's quite likely, similar to the Canon GP-E2.
