Monopod recommendations

My esteemed colleagues.

I've just bought a rather lovely Sigma 150-600mm f5-6.3 DG OS HSM lens to go with my Canon 70D, and it's a bit weighty for my aging arms.

Can anyone offer some recommendations regarding the purchase of a light but sturdy monopod, please?

I recently purchased this one http://www.fotosense.co.uk/benro-advent ... nopod.html holds 18kgs and extends to 191cm, I put a video head on it and its superb and only £43.20 with free delivery (mine came the next day) Bargain :thumbs:
The last time I saw an F22 at Lakenheath i DIDN'T photoshop it...
