Hi All.
I'm thinking of retiring my trusty old Nikon D200 in the new year. Originally thought about replacing it with a D7100 but for a wee bit extra I could stretch to a full-frame Nikon D610. It's at an attractive price just now, and if purchased before the end of January I could qualify for a free battery grip.
I would be using the camera mainly with Nikon AFS 70-200/2.8 VR and 80-400/4.5-5.6 AFD VR lenses.
Any opinions on the Nikon D610, good or bad, would be welcome.
Cheers.

Any opinions on Nikon D610?

Its a very capable body, and with the grip balances the camera, especially with the larger lenses. But then again, all my cameras have grips. A friend of mine uses one for lots of aviation stuff with great results.
