Sigma 50-500 or Sigma 150-500

Post by GhostFlight91 » Thu Oct 29, 2015 10:02 am

Guys the question is as above 'sigma 50-500 or sigma 150-500?' I no there is many better lenses out there which will do a better job, but for my budget i have opted for one of the above, but just which one would you all say is best?

After sat searching the web the price for each isnt a great difference if any, and after scrolling through many reviews i cant decide, does anyone out there use either?

Some say the 50 works best at 200-300 where others say the 150 isnt as sharp all round as the 50

Whats your opinions guys?

Cheers

Luke

The 50-500 is the better, gold ring around Sigma lens is like Canons red ring.

Hi Skip sorry about the late reply, tbh at the moment not a lot around £450.00. Not wanting to splash out as i dont get out as much as i would like due to work.

Thanks Richard defiantly the 50 then?
