Sony A77
My Sony A77 could do with servicing and (I think) a firmware update. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations of this that might help. Looking for a specialist pref. in the London and Southeast area. Any advice gratefully received.

Not sure if Alan can do these, drop him an email & he'll confirm. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's in Shepperton and you can drop your gear off and pick it up (or mail to him)
A really nice guy, honest and good at his job. I've posted about him on here before I'm sure.

Only downside is that he's an enthusiastic train spotter, not a plane spotter!

Re: Sony A77
You can do firmware updates yourself. Check the firmware version on the camera then check the Sony website for the latest version. If it's the original A77 I doubt there will be an update as it is an old camera (relatively).
