I see what it means now. Over-The-Horizon - Airborne Sensor Information System III
To do with hunting submarines and ships further away than before.

The Satcom antenna i would have thought has nothing to do with it but it might be..... if the system uses other means seeing as it is "Over the Horizon" .

Amazing how many types of antenna are used on USAF now (C130s using lots of different sizes of Satcom antennas)

Ahh look underneath on that first pic Firemansam posted and there is a large fairing under the centre fuselage. This is probably the Sensor.
