You're joking. English law is that a Notice of Intent to Prosecute (NIP) must be served on the registred keeper of a vehicle within 14 days of the offence. This happened on Friday week - already 8 days have passed. There is zero chance of the rozzers pulling their finger out so that this/these keepers get the letter before next Friday.
